VOCIARE - survey

Welcome to VOCIARE's survey on the practical implementation of the Victims' Directive (Directive 2012/29/EU)!

This survey is being conducted in the context of project VOCIARE, an EU-wide project aiming to assess the practical implementation of the Victims’ Directive (Directive 2012/29/EU). Coordinated by Victim Support Europe, Managing partnership of APAV and co-financing of the Justice Programme of the European Union, project VOCIARE will produce 26 reports on the practical standing of victims’ access of rights in practice as per in the legal binding EU law instrument.

Your answer to this survey is a crucial part of our research process. Your expertise and professional perspective will help us gain invaluable insight into the current situation of victims of crime in your country. Furthermore, the information you provide may support us in influencing the changes that are necessary to improve the victims' access to their rights both nationally and EU-wide.

We kindly ask you to answer this survey considering your daily professional experience and how you see victim’s rights provided for in the Directive are being implemented in practice in relation to the cases or victims you are professionally in contact with.

Most questions have a "no answer" option which you can use if your professional experience does not allow you to have a concrete answer; however, please use this option as little as possible and only in cases where you are truly unable to find any relevant information on the subject. Please observe that pursuant to Article 2 of the Directive, child victims are those persons who have not yet reached the age of 18.

Data and answers gathered within this survey will be stored and treated by APAV and Crime Victims Helpline. Your information and responses will remain confidential. We do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, it will not be mandatory to provide information that will personally identify you.

Finally, we would like to thank you for your time and contribution to this study. If you have any question or wish to send us feedback, please contact us at Este endereço de email está protegido contra piratas. Necessita ativar o JavaScript para o visualizar..
