Objectivos: contribuir para aumentar a capacidade das organizações europeias de apoio à vítima; promover a sensibilização para a importância do apoio a vítimas de crime junto daqueles que diretamente contatam com as mesmas: entidades policiais e funcionários judiciais

Duração: 1 de Janeiro de 2010 a 1 de Janeiro de 2012

Da variedade de atividades desenvolvidas ao longo deste Projecto, destacamos:

- Folheto “Vítima de Crime noutro país da UE”: com informações práticas para vítimas oriundas de outros países da União Europeia, apresentando ainda os seus direitos e explicando como as associações de apoio à vítima membros da Victim Support Europe podem ajudá-las, fornecendo ainda o contacto de todas estas.

- Manual 116006: com informações práticas para a boa implementação da nova linha telefónica europeia uniformizada 116006 para serviços de apoio à vítima

From a range of activities developed under this Project, we highlight:

Leaflet “Victim of Crime in another EU country”: provides contact details useful information, such as their rights, for victims of other countries of the European Union and explains how the associations of victim support members of the Victim Support Europe can help them.

116006 Handbook: with practical information about the implementation of a new consistent European phone line 116 006 for the victim support services.
