Project PAX | support for victims of terrorism, their families and friends
Objectivos: melhorar o apoio prestado a vítimas de terrorismo, através da promoção da troca de conhecimentos, do desenvolvimento de competências (psicossociais e jurídicas) para o apoio a estas vítimas; cooperação entre os profissionais das forças policiais e as organizações de apoio à vítima na União Europeia.
Parceiros Nacionais: Autoridade Nacional de Protecção Civil; Guarda Nacional Republicana; Polícia de Segurança Pública.
Parceiros Transnacionais: European Network for Victims of Terrorism - AV11M (Espanha); Victim Support Malta (Malta); Victim Support Scotland (Escócia).

No âmbito deste Projecto, a APAV publicou o Manual PAX – apoio a vítimas de terrorismo.
Objectives: to improve the support to victims of terrorism by promoting the knowledge exchange and the development of skills (Psychosocial and legal) for the support of those victims; a cooperation between the professionals of the police force and the victim support organization in the European Union.
National Partners: Autoridade Nacional de Protecção Civil (National Authority for Civil Protection); Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) (National Republican Guard); Polícia de Segurança Pública (Public Security Police).
Transnational Partners: European Network for Victims of Terrorism - AV11M (Spain); Victim Support Malta (Malta); Victim Support Scotland (Scotland).
Duration of the Project: December 31st, 2008 until December 30th, 2010.
