Project ASTREIA | training on Victims of crime and Justice
Objectivos: intervir sobre o problema das dificuldades sentidas pelas vítimas de crime no seu acesso à Justiça, tanto a nível nacional como transnacional, através da concepção de um plano de formação sobre vítimas de crime e Justiça em Portugal, República Checa e Eslováquia; contribuir para o reforço da cooperação entre diferentes organizações e, consequentemente, para a implementação da Decisão-Quadro de 15 de Março de 2001 relativa ao estatuto da vítima em processo penal.
Parceiros Transnacionais: Promoc Obetiam Nasilia (Eslováquia); Bily Kruh Bezpeci (República Checa); Secretaria de Serveis Penitenciaris Rehabilitació i Justicia (Espanha).
Duração: 20 de Dezembro de 2004 a 20 de Dezembro de 2005.
Projecto promovido pela Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) e co-financiado pela Comissão Europeia no âmbito do Programa AGIS - acções para promover a cooperação policial e judicial em assuntos penais.
No âmbito do Projecto ASTREIA, a Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) publicou a brochura – Direitos das Vítimas de Crime na Europa, onde pode encontrar compilados todos os documentos que consagram os Direitos das Vítimas de Crime na Europa existentes à data de término do Projecto. A brochura está disponível noutras três línguas: inglês, checo e eslovaco.
Objectives: to intervene with the problems and difficulties felt by the victims of crime whilst accessing the justice system, nationally as well as transnationally, and to develop a training plan about victims of crime and the justice system in Portugal, Czech Republic and Slovakia; to contribute to the reinforcement of the cooperation’s between the different organizations and subsequently the implementation of the Framework-Decision of the 15th of March 2001 in regards to the status of the victim in the penal system.

Under the Project, the APAV published the brochure “Rights of Victims of Crime in Europe”, where you will find all the existing documents that lay down victims rights in Europe until 2005. This brochure is available in four languages: Portuguese, English, Czech and Slovak.
